Ah I am getting a year long swimming pass sense you can work on all of your muscles, and if you start getting tired and stuff you wont be hot like you would be outside of water

hmmm... well the gym i go to.. when i go, i do 1 mile on a treadmill, then 11 miles on a bike, then lift some weights.

Ah :3 I once lifted weights with my leg, it was back in 7th grade and I could do 715 pds xD

O.O....i do some of them... and its a push thing with your legs and i can do 120 pounds easy

Thats what I mean, its a push thing called a leg press lol, currently I can not find one to max out on, I can lift them all to the max weight with ease
